The Specifile Building Library was launched in 1959 and remains popular amongst building industry professionals, such as architects, quantity surveyors and building designers. This 12 volume set of loose-leaf binders is placed in subscribers’ offices and contains technical brochures on building products available in South Africa. The Library is updated by 50 trained field librarians every quarter in all economically active towns.
