Everyone Loves Environ
This year’s winner for the Pharmacos / IFF New Product Competition was Environ for its Frown Focus Serum. The announcement was made Wednesday 11 August at the awards function, which was held at Le Canard restaurant in Morningside, Johannesburg.
‘We’re delighted to have won the competition and it couldn’t have come at a better time,’ says Hazel Kelly, marketing manager of Environ, who attended the event on behalf of the company. The company entered two products to the competition, its Frown Focus Serum and its Focus Hydrating Serum.
Along with the winner, there were also two finalists, Charlotte Rhys’ Spa Serum and Innoxa's Restore Body Lotion, manufactured by Incolabs. Innoxa were also awarded the Packaging Review Editor’s Choice Award for the Restore Body Lotion, as well as the Editor’s Innovation Award for another one of its entries, Balance Body Scrub. ‘Thank you so much for these awards,’ commented Tracey Rowles, group brand manager, Incolabs. ‘Our team have worked so hard on the launch of these products and it’s wonderful to be recognised for all this hard work.’
